The North West Area is delighted to announce a simple competition where one current BMFA member residing in the North West Area can win a refurbished T180 trainer model.
The aircraft was donated by Colonel (retd.) Mark Cuthbert Brown and kindly totally refurbished by Colin Heath, to a high standard, over the dark winter months.
She is now recovered and is ready for a new home!
So, how do you enter? Read on …..
Some simple rules and processes:
1. The person writing the entry must be a current BMFA member residing in the North West Area.
2. This entry must nominate another BMFA member as the recipient of the prize who must also reside in the North West Area.
3. This nominated person must be aware of the entry.
4. The entrant must write down (on no more than 2 sides of A4) why they think that their nominated person should win this superb model. Be serious, be humorous, be whatever you like to make yours the winning entry!
5. The entrant and nominee can not be the same person.
6. Both BMFA numbers and names must be on the entry form for it to be considered.
7. Entry shall close on the 18th May 2023.
8. A panel of NW Area committee members will determine the winner.
9. The lucky winner will be announced on May 31st 2023.
10. Entries should be by email to kevin.watson@btinternet.com and clearly marked as a BMFA NW COMPETITION entry.
11. The judges decision is final.
Good luck, I am sure there are plenty of very deserving members out there. I guess we can all think of the young lad, the pensioner, the newcomer, the dad in hard times etc who would be able to enjoy their hobby with a “good as new” model to fly.
